At HIBI Design, we stand by the precision and quality of our electronic products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned devices must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your HIBI Design account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in the original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
